The PR-agency is dead.
Today the last PR-agency went out of business. We’ve seen one by one closing down their offices.
During the last 10 years we’ve seen an increase mulit-talented agencies popping up and winning the companies trust. There is no longer room for agencies specializing in just media relations, internal communications and public affairs.
The top-down model isn’t working any longer.
The big fundamental shift came when the audience more tended to listen to each other than trusting leaders in politics, media and enterprises. The winner of strategic counseling is the type of agencies that are specializing in connecting people to each other and for real interact with brands, shaping products and services together in a honest and transparent way.
Unfortunately, the PR-agencies didn’t get this shift in how to communicate in time.
